ABA Preschool Academy

ABA Preschool Academy is a specialist early years centre located in the Shankill and Tallaght areas, dedicated to supporting preschool‑aged children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental challenges. The academy provides a safe, caring environment where independence, confidence and enjoyment are central to daily activities. Using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) as its core teaching methodology, the centre creates clear, achievable learning pathways that are continuously monitored and adapted to each child’s progress. The programme offers Individualised Educational Plans (IEPs) that address a broad curriculum encompassing language and communication, play, social interaction, as well as fine and gross motor skills. Children benefit from personalised support services designed to promote independence and a sense of achievement within a natural, play‑based setting. Parents can apply for the Home Tuition Grant through the Department of Education and Skills, and the academy assists families throughout the funding process. Enrolment is managed via a waiting list on a first‑come, first‑served basis, with opportunities to visit the centre before a place is confirmed.
