Ashvale Creche has been operating since spring 2005 as a small, independent childcare centre that places the wellbeing and development of children at the heart of its service. Housed in a spacious, bright building, the centre is equipped with a wide range of learning and play equipment designed to support early childhood education and foster a loving, nurturing environment. The facility offers a variety of indoor activities and places a strong emphasis on outdoor experiences, encouraging children to engage with nature through gardening, planting bulbs and regular play in well‑supervised outdoor spaces. The outdoor provision includes two large grassy gardens for older children, an astro‑turf area with a playhouse, crawling frames and small slides for babies and younger toddlers, and a sizeable tarmacadam area suitable for bikes, pretend play and outdoor meals. Ashvale Creche aims to accommodate parents’ wishes by providing flexible childcare options and prioritising fresh‑air activities, ensuring that each child receives the best possible care and opportunities for growth.
