Belmont Montessori

Belmont Montessori is a privately owned early years centre that has been operating for 30 years in Ireland. It is registered with the St. Nicholas Montessori Society of Ireland and recognised by the Department of Education and Science as providing an educational programme comparable to that of a national school. The centre follows the Montessori philosophy, offering a child‑centred environment that balances freedom within limits with a carefully prepared setting, allowing children to explore materials and activities at their own pace. The school provides a wide range of activities designed to develop the whole child, including arts and crafts, imaginative play, physical exercise, and the use of a well‑equipped garden for outdoor games. Seasonal Easter and Summer camps are run for children aged 3‑6, with priority given to existing enrolments but also accepting external participants when space permits.
