Blackhorse Childcare

Blackhorse Childcare has been serving families in the Dublin area since its establishment in 1975. Situated just three miles from Dublin city centre off Blackhorse Avenue, the centre provides a convenient location for parents working or living in the capital. The facility was completely rebuilt and modernised in November 2008, offering a state‑of‑the‑art environment designed to support early childhood development. The centre operates from 7:30 am to 6:15 pm, Monday to Friday, and is closed on bank holidays, as well as during the Easter and Christmas periods. Blackhorse Childcare places a strong emphasis on establishing healthy eating habits from a young age, integrating nutrition into its daily routine. With ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) places now available, the centre is equipped to deliver a comprehensive early years programme that balances play, learning, and wellbeing.
