Hanahoe's Childcare

Hanahoe’s Childcare is a family‑run early years centre situated in the heart of Killiney, Co. Dublin. Established in 1979, the centre has built a long‑standing community of parents, children and staff, with many former attendees now returning with their own families. The homely premises cater for up to 20 children aged 2 to 5 years, providing a secure and nurturing environment that supports each child’s individual strengths and unique qualities. The centre operates two dedicated classrooms designed to facilitate a play‑based curriculum, complemented by an outdoor play area, garden and a large enclosed park directly opposite the building. Sensory play forms a core element of the programme, encouraging language development, motor skills, cognitive growth and social interaction.
