Horizons Montessori School

Horizons Montessori School, founded in 1993, operates across two sites in Dublin – Templeogue (Cypress Park) and Terenure (Terenure College). The centre delivers a Montessori‑based early years programme, offering both full‑day and part‑time options for children in Templeogue. The Montessori curriculum focuses on developing lifelong communication and personal skills, allowing children to work at their own pace within a supportive, child‑centred environment. In addition to the Montessori provision, Horizons runs an after‑school care service in Terenure, which includes a homework club where children are collected from school, provided with a safe, secure setting and assisted with completing and correcting their assignments. Seasonal summer camps are also offered at the Terenure site, providing full‑day and half‑day programmes during the school holidays. The school highlights a strong community feel, with an emphasis on safety, personalised attention, and fostering each child’s individuality and abilities.
