Hyde & Seek Childcare

Hyde & Seek Childcare is a family‑run centre that has been providing childcare services since 1998. It offers a safe, child‑friendly environment for children from six months up to twelve years, delivering a blend of crèche, Montessori and after‑school programmes. The centre follows a unique “Step Ahead” curriculum that combines the Irish early years framework Aistear with Montessori principles, delivering a creative, activity‑filled approach to learning that supports holistic development. The facility places a strong emphasis on personalised care through the assignment of a Key Carer to each child. This Key Carer works closely with parents to develop an individual care plan, records observations in a Learning Journal, and provides daily feedback. Meals are prepared by HACCP‑trained chefs in consultation with a nutritionist, offering a balanced four‑week rotating menu that meets each child’s dietary needs. The centre also highlights the importance of qualified staff, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative, culturally diverse team to maintain high standards of care and education.
