Jonix Educational Services

Jonix Educational Services has been dedicated to supporting young children diagnosed with autism since 2002, operating specialised pre‑school classes across multiple centres in Dublin. The programme is designed to provide a highly structured, caring and stimulating environment where each child receives individualised learning experiences. Classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of six children, and are staffed by a qualified Class Teacher together with three Tutors, ensuring a 1:1 tuition ratio alongside group activities that promote social interaction and collaborative play. The curriculum incorporates the national early years frameworks Aistear and Siolta, and follows a systematic approach to assessing behaviour, language and social skills. Children’s progress is monitored through initial assessments and ongoing individual programmes, with support funded by the Department of Education’s Home Tuition grant until a suitable school place becomes available. Jonix’s centres are TUSLA registered, inspected by the Department of Education, Science and Skills, and all staff are Teaching Council registered, underscoring a commitment to high standards of early childhood education for children on the autism spectrum.
