Karaville Montessori & Childcare

Karaville Montessori & Childcare is a purpose‑driven early years centre that opened its doors in September 2020. Guided by a Montessori‑based curriculum, the centre focuses on nurturing each child’s emotional, intellectual, social and physical development, encouraging them to become confident, independent learners and future leaders. The mission emphasises supporting children to develop their own minds and personalities within a caring, structured environment. The centre operates from two locations in Dublin – Ardilaun Court, Sybil Hill Road, Clontarf East (Dublin 5) and Green Acre Grange, Kilmacud Road Upper, Dundrum (Dublin 14). Both sites are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, offering flexible care options to suit families’ needs. In addition to the core Montessori Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programme (9:00 am‑12:30 pm), Karaville provides half‑day (8:00 am‑1:00 pm) and full‑day (8:00 am‑6:00 pm) care, as well as a Homework Club and organised activities and trips to local parks. Key features include a child‑centred learning approach, small group settings, and a range of enrichment activities that extend learning beyond the classroom. The facilities are designed to support active exploration and discovery, aligning with Montessori principles while also offering practical support for families through extended hours and after‑school programmes.
