Little Learners

Little Learners is a privately owned early years centre operating in Drumcondra, Dublin 9 since 2011. The centre provides ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) preschool places for children from 2 years 8 months, delivering a play‑based and Montessori curriculum that encourages self‑directed learning and creativity. The standard preschool session runs for 3 hours 45 minutes, with the option of extended care from 7:45 am to 6:00 pm, catering for both full‑time and part‑time families. In addition to the preschool programme, Little Learners runs an award‑winning After‑School Club that focuses on children’s happiness and comfort. The club offers a varied programme of activities—including dance, garden play, crafts, chess, LEGO and board games—using a large fully equipped dance studio, garden and children’s village. The service is flexible, allowing siblings to be cared for together, and operates weekly during term time and daily during holidays. The centre also organises camps, events and a monthly babysitting evening for parents, reinforcing its ethos of “Resilience through Creativity”.
