Little Learners Montessori (Glenties)

Little Learners has been operating in Drumcondra, Dublin 9 since 2011 as a privately owned preschool and after‑school centre. The facility provides ECCE‑eligible preschool places for children from 2 years 8 months, delivering a play‑based and Montessori curriculum that encourages independence and self‑directed learning. The preschool session runs for 3 hours 45 minutes, with additional flexible care available from 7:45 am to 6:00 pm, catering for both full‑time and part‑time needs. In 2015 the centre received the Early Childhood Ireland Innovation Award for Innovation in Relationships and Partnerships, underscoring its commitment to high‑quality early years provision. The after‑school club is designed around children’s happiness and comfort, offering a varied programme that includes access to a fully equipped dance studio, garden, children’s village, crafts, chess, LEGO and board games. Activities are regularly refreshed based on leader expertise and child interest, and the service can accommodate siblings on the same premises. The club operates weekly during term time and daily during holidays, complemented by seasonal camps, events and a monthly babysitting evening for parents.
