Mary Geary's Childcare

Mary Geary’s Childcare provides a safe, loving and stimulating environment for young children in Carrigtwohill. The centre follows a gentle, inclusive philosophy that recognises each child as an individual with a unique learning style. With a team of over 80 staff members, the service aims to support the physical, emotional, social, cultural and intellectual development of children, drawing on decades of experience and a strong partnership with families. The state‑of‑the‑art facility, opened in July 2019, sits on a three‑acre site and features more than 40 designated play areas, including specialised spaces such as a drive‑in cinema for festive events. The centre accommodates a large community of over 2 000 children and offers a range of early years activities that encourage curiosity, creativity and confidence in a family‑like atmosphere.
