St. Kevin's Family Resource Centre Childcare Service

St Kevin’s Family Resource Centre (FRC) is a community‑based hub serving the Kilnamanagh, Tymon North and Kingswood areas of Dublin. Established in 1994, the centre has grown from a parent‑and‑toddler group into a multi‑service organisation that supports families from the cradle to the grave. Its Early Years service provides a safe, inclusive environment for babies, toddlers and preschool‑aged children, encouraging independence and positive social development through play‑based learning and structured activities. In addition to childcare, the centre offers a broad range of support programmes, including affordable counselling, family support groups and social activities for all ages. Facilities such as a youth café and specialised activity rooms enable children and adults alike to engage in creative and recreational pursuits. The centre’s ethos centres on community engagement, welcoming anyone for information, advice or simply a cup of tea, and aims to foster a sense of belonging and wellbeing across the local population.
