The Cottage Playschool

The Cottage Kid’s Preschool is a privately run playschool that has been part of the Lusk community since 1997. Situated on the outskirts of Lusk Village, the centre caters for children from 2 years 8 months up to 5 years 6 months, operating ten months of the year in line with the national school calendar from September to June. Set on a spacious rural site, the facility boasts a large outdoor play area and both indoor and outdoor classrooms that overlook a tranquil duck pond, providing a stimulating environment for early learning. The playschool offers the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) scheme for children who qualify in the year they turn three, with deposits required to secure a place. Its programme is designed to keep young minds engaged through a blend of play‑based activities and structured learning, supporting the developmental needs of toddlers and preschool‑aged children.
