Tír na nÓg Childcare operates two dedicated early years centres in the Huntstown area, offering a warm, safe and nurturing environment for children to learn, play and grow. The Lisheenavalla site in the Cregmore area provides full‑day and part‑time daycare, a Montessori‑based preschool and after‑school care, primarily serving families of Cregmore National School. The Carnmore centre, located within Carnmore National School, delivers a purpose‑built preschool/Montessori programme together with after‑school services for local families. Both locations focus on the holistic development of each child, using age‑ and stage‑appropriate activities that stimulate learning, social interaction and physical development. The centres aim to challenge and support children to reach their full potential through play‑based learning, guided exploration and caring adult interaction. The Lisheenavalla service operates for 42 weeks each year for the 2024‑2025 period, with a calendar and fee information available online.
