Tots & Co Playgroup

Tots & Co Playschool is dedicated to providing quality early education within a safe, secure and stimulating environment. Its purpose is to support each child in reaching their full learning potential, preparing them for the challenges of primary school and the wider world. The centre’s core values—responsibility, security, happiness, equality, nurture and respect—guide its approach, ensuring that children feel valued and cared for while they explore and learn through play. The curriculum is sessional and broad, planned around topics of interest to the children and underpinned by the Aistear and Siolta frameworks. Sessions run Monday to Friday, with two daily slots from 8:30 am to 11:30 am, and the service can be booked for up to five hours per day. The programme focuses on four pillars: Play, Learn, Explore and Well‑Being, each designed to enhance cognitive, physical, social and emotional development. Children are encouraged to discover through curiosity in a child‑friendly space, fostering independence, confidence and resilience. In addition to early years provision, Tots & Co offers school‑age care from Monday to Friday, providing a continuity of support for families. The centre’s emphasis on play‑based learning, combined with a nurturing environment and a curriculum aligned with national early childhood frameworks, makes it a comprehensive option for families seeking early childhood care and education in Ireland.
