Young Explorer's Club

Young Explorers Club (YEC) offers a warm, nurturing environment for children aged 1‑5 in Dublin 15. The centre is situated in Unit F1, Bymac Centre, Northwest Business Park (Eircode D15 FD45) and provides a safe, home‑like setting where children can learn, play and grow under the guidance of a caring team. YEC follows the Irish early years frameworks Aistear and Siolta, ensuring that its curriculum is play‑based, age‑appropriate and aligned with national standards. The facility is organised into three dedicated rooms – “Wobblers” for 1‑2‑year‑olds, “Toddlers” for 2‑3‑year‑olds and a preschool area for 3‑5‑year‑olds – each designed to support emotional and social development, creativity and imagination, as well as cognitive and physical growth. Activities include art, music, problem‑solving tasks and motor‑skill exercises, fostering confidence, empathy and teamwork. YEC also promotes inclusive education through the Access and Inclusion Model and offers information on financial support schemes such as the National Childcare Scheme and Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) provision.
