History

An Croí Ró Naofa Junior National School opened in 1980 as a Catholic co‑educational junior primary school for children aged four to eight. The school later added an Early Start pre‑school for 60 children aged three years and two months, and in November 2013 expanded its provision with a dedicated unit for children with autism.
