About

Broombridge Educate Together National School is a co‑educational primary school situated in a purpose‑built, permanent building on Bannow Road, Cabra, Dublin 7. As a member of the national Educate Together network, the school follows the Irish National Curriculum while delivering the Learn Together programme – an equality‑based, learner‑centred curriculum that replaces traditional religious instruction with intercultural education covering belief systems, human rights, democracy, the environment and culture. The school’s ethos is democratic and inclusive, encouraging pupils to take part in decision‑making and fostering a community where every child is respected and valued. The school provides a wide range of facilities and extracurricular opportunities. With 14 mainstream classes and two specialist classes for children with autism, the campus supports a diverse student body of around 350 pupils. Over 40 staff members deliver a broad curriculum and coordinate numerous after‑school clubs, including football, GAA, athletics and climbing, allowing pupils to develop both academically and physically. Strong parental involvement is promoted through a vibrant Parent & Staff Association and regular community events, reinforcing the partnership between families and the school in supporting each child’s development.

History
