About
Christ the King Senior Girls’ School is an all‑girls Catholic primary school situated in the heart of Cabra, Dublin 7. The school caters for children from junior infants through to sixth class, with a dedicated senior section that currently enrols 82 pupils across five mainstream classes (2nd–6th) and a junior side for younger children. Small class sizes and a team of specialist teachers, special educational needs assistants and support staff create a nurturing environment where each child receives personalised attention and encouragement to reach their full potential. The school’s educational philosophy is built on a partnership model that involves students, parents and staff working together to foster excellence, enthusiasm and a love of learning. Diversity is celebrated and the curriculum is delivered in a relaxed yet energetic atmosphere that promotes both academic achievement and personal development. Emphasis is placed on community values, kindness, patience and understanding, ensuring that every child feels welcomed and supported throughout their school journey.
History
Christ the King Senior Girls’ School was founded in 1934. Over the past nine decades it has become an integral part of the Cabra community, providing high‑standard education to generations of children and creating lasting memories for families in the area.
