About
Scoil Phádraig Naofa is an all‑boys national school serving pupils from second to sixth class. As a Roman Catholic institution it delivers a curriculum that balances academic learning with religious education, following the doctrines, practices and traditions of the Catholic Church while welcoming children of other faiths and respecting diverse beliefs. The school’s ethos centres on the full and harmonious development of each pupil, encouraging personal, social and spiritual growth alongside scholastic achievement. The campus was modernised and extended in 2008, adding a purpose‑built room, a new classroom, a resource room and a staff room. Outdoor facilities include a dedicated playing pitch and a tarmac area for daily recreation. Uniform requirements promote a sense of community, and a book‑rental scheme supports literacy. The school operates a structured timetable from 8:50 am to 2:40 pm, with designated breaks and a lunch period, ensuring a well‑ordered learning environment.
