Gaelscoil na Bóinne is a Catholic, full‑Irish‑medium primary school situated on the Dublin Road beside the River Boyne in Trim, County Meath. The school provides education from junior infants through to class VI and operates under the patronage of Foras Pátrúnachta na Scoileanna Lán‑Ghaeilge. Housed in a modern, well‑maintained building, the school benefits from a pleasant riverside setting that supports both indoor and outdoor learning activities. The educational philosophy is based on the “Total Immersion” (Tumadh Iomlán) approach, whereby Irish is the everyday language of communication and the primary medium of instruction. Gaelscoil na Bóinne was founded in 1996 with an initial enrolment of 22 pupils. Since its establishment, the school has expanded to offer a full complement of classes up to class VI, maintaining its commitment to Irish‑medium education and Catholic values.
