About
Glebe National School is a mixed, mainstream primary school situated in Donegal Town and operates under the patronage of the Church of Ireland Bishop of Derry & Raphoe. The school provides a caring and inclusive environment where every child is valued for their individuality. Its educational philosophy follows the Irish Primary Curriculum while deliberately extending learning beyond the classroom to nurture academic, physical, moral, emotional, cultural, spiritual and aesthetic development. Emphasis is placed on fostering confident, responsible, tolerant lifelong learners who are motivated to explore their unique talents. The school offers a full range of classes from Junior and Senior Infants through to 5th and 6th class, complemented by a pre‑school and after‑school service.
