Set within a mixed‑housing community of over 1,800 homes, the school serves a diverse catchment that includes local authority housing, private rentals and families from neighbouring districts such as Melrose, Drynam, Finglas and Santry. The pupil body has expanded rapidly since the school opened in 2010, growing from an initial cohort of 21 children to a current enrolment of approximately 617 pupils. The school’s educational ethos is grounded in the Educate Together values of equality, democracy and inclusion. Its mission statement highlights a commitment to nurturing empathy, compassion and confidence, ensuring every child develops a love of learning from “bud to blossom”.
