With approximately 295 pupils on roll, the school provides a welcoming environment for children of all faiths, operating under a Catholic ethos overseen by the Bishop of Kildare and Leighlin. The curriculum follows the Revised Primary Curriculum, aiming to equip learners with the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of both contemporary life and the heritage of the past. The school places a strong emphasis on moral and ethical development, promoting virtues such as tolerance, friendship, honesty, compassion and courage. Recent investment in high‑speed broadband, delivered through the Department of Education’s School Broadband Programme, enhances digital learning opportunities and supports the integration of modern teaching resources.
