About

Pelletstown Educate Together National School is a co‑educational, child‑centred primary school that operates on a democratic, equality‑based ethos – “No Child is an Outsider”. The school places a strong emphasis on respect for oneself, others and the wider world, fostering a safe, happy and vibrant learning environment where pupils are encouraged to reach their full potential. High expectations are set for academic achievement while nurturing social, emotional and creative development through collaborative projects and a broad curriculum that includes STEM activities such as the annual STEM Day. The school community is actively supported by a robust parental partnership, with a lively PTA, volunteering opportunities and regular involvement in both day‑to‑day and annual events. Local community organisations also engage with the school, enhancing the breadth of experiences available to children. Specialized provision is offered through two dedicated autism classes, reflecting the school’s commitment to inclusive education and its participation in the Dublin 15 Autism Class Application Trial. Additional services such as a Breakfast Club and After‑School Care are provided by an external partner, ensuring comprehensive support for families.
