The school’s ethos is rooted in Christian teaching and values, fostering an atmosphere of tolerance, respect for differing beliefs and a strong sense of community. It positions itself as a vital community service, encouraging active involvement from parents, the Board of Management and the wider parish, and aims to deliver an educational experience planned to the highest professional standards so that every pupil can benefit fully. The curriculum is designed to nurture children in all dimensions of development – spiritual, moral, cognitive, emotional, imaginative, aesthetic, social and physical. Emphasis is placed on a love of learning, curiosity, self‑esteem, personal responsibility and kindness, supported by robust pastoral care and child‑protection policies in line with the Children’s Act 2015 and national guidelines.
