About

Skerries Educate Together National School is a vibrant, co‑educational primary school situated on the northern coastline of Skerries, County Dublin. The school serves over 330 pupils from more than 230 families, offering fifteen mainstream classes from Junior Infants to 6th class together with four dedicated school‑age autism classes. As a DEIS Band 2 school, it places a strong emphasis on equity and inclusion, providing hot school meals, a nurture setting, and specialised play and art therapy to support the holistic development of every child. The campus features a bright, modern building with spacious grounds, a sports hall, a well‑stocked library, and a range of learning support rooms (SET rooms). Recent construction has added an extension that will deliver four new special‑education classrooms for the 2026‑27 school year, further expanding the provision for children with additional needs. The school’s ethos promotes collaborative learning, creativity and environmental stewardship, reflected in its Green School initiatives and a curriculum that encourages children to learn together in a respectful, supportive environment.
